Does Verse of the Day require an account?

No. The app does not require an account, subscription, or in-app purchase.

How do I add the widget?

On your iPhone, touch and hold the Home Screen, tap the add button, search for Verse of the Day, then choose a widget size. For Lock Screen widgets, customize your Lock Screen and add Verse of the Day from the widget picker.

Why is the verse not changing?

iOS controls when widgets refresh. If a widget looks stale, open the app once, confirm your language/theme settings, and give iOS a moment to refresh the widget timeline.

Can I use Spanish?

Yes. The app supports English and Spanish. It can follow your device language automatically, or you can choose a language inside the app.
